Lana has her Masters of Arts in Exercise Psychology, her Bachelor of Physical Education, and various certifications in the fitness industry. She has been in fitness for 20 years as a personal trainer, business owner, workshop presenter, fitness/Pilates instructor, and trainer of trainers conducting workshops. She loves to learn (reading, watching new dvds, and attending workshops/conferences).  She therefore continues to challenge herself as well as her clients/participants with new, safe ways to exercise.   This keeps it fun and interesting for everyone and gets results!
