For many years the rental market in Calgary has been very tight. As of 2009 vacancies are on the increase and to help you with your hunt for accommodation, below is a growing list of property managment companies that offer rentals including, apartments, condos, townhouses, lofts and houses.
Other resources include the popular calgary.kijiji.com as well as several other web search sites. The company Home Trader puts out a magazine format called Home Renters Guide which is available at many public spots (hint try a local grocery store near the exit), they also operate the website www.hometrader.ca & www.homebase.ca
