Could not believe what I heard on the radio this morning
CJ92 was doing a commentary this morning on the story about a guy who killed a puppy and got a conditional discharge. Ok what the guy did was wrong but here is the part that truly boggles my mind. One of the radio hosts suggested that someone take a baseball bat and do the same thing to the guy.
Excuse me CJ92, we in this country have a justice system and NOT an eye for an eye or any other vigilante justice system. I am truly shocked that CJ would actually have a host say something like this.
I urge citizens who heard this broadcast to voice their displeasure and frankly some of the advertising sponsors should send CJ92 a message as well. A lot of our youth listen to this station and I believe the radio hosts have a moral obligation as role models and that should never include advocating violence.

Are you kidding me, have you ever been involved with the justice system, people get off on the stupidest stuff ever, we need corporal punishment and and eye for an eye brought back into the justice system.
People get away with assaulting each other and just get a slap on the wrist. Our justice system is a joke. I hope one day you get to be a party to the justice system and bring your party hat because you will get the utmost desireable joke ever.

Sometimes the truth hurts, in this case was a conditional discharge fair? did the person learn his lesson? will he likely do it again knowing he only got a conditional discharge this time? my answer would be yes, he would do it again. however, if someone took a base ball bat to him, I'll guarantee you he'll never, do it again.
(the system is not flawed it's broken)
