My apologies for the lack of entries this year
Dear gentle readers, I must apologize for the lack of entries recently. Some of it was due to a prolonged absence (my temporary exile to lotusland - BC) and some due to other reasons. I will however try to be more current.
In the spirit of the above, I know that the Christmas season is fast approaching and with that comes the annual post season push for fitness. Yes the health clubs are sure that we over indulged during the season. So to help my readers, I have put together a comphrensive list of health clubs in Calgary. Recently I dropped into the Cosmic Cafe on 17th avenue, wow is all I can say. The aroma in that place is enough to keep me coming back, and the coffee was good too!
