An Adjudicator with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner has ruled the City of Edmonton conducted an adequate search for records that had been requested regarding a condominium development.

Province ready to roll out $400 million in new municipal funds
Alberta’s municipalities are days away from receiving program guidelines and application forms for the 2007-08 capital project funding component of the Municipal Sustainability Initiative (MSI). Province provides $1 million to complete supportive living units in Medicine Hat
