Here is what www.cargurus.com had to say about this vehicle
For 2004, the Mercedes-Benz E320 wagon received the same design and options upgrades that were available for the E320 sedan in 2003. That included styling updates such as new headlights, an arched roof, gently flared wheel wells, and sleeker body lines, as well as a stronger body structure, making for a safer vehicle.
New options, now available for the E320 wagon as well as the sedan, included Dynamic Drive seats that adjusted automatically to support the driver under heavy cornering, a twin sunroof with power sunshades, and a smart cruise control system that automatically adjusted the vehicle's speed to maintain a set distance from the car it followed.
Power for both the sedan and wagon was provided by a 3.2-liter V6 engine that produced 221 horsepower. It was linked to a five-speed automatic transmission equipped with the Touch Shift feature, which enabled the driver to upshift and downshift by nudging the shift lever left or right. This gave the driver the option to adjust the car's performance based on driving conditions.
As in previous years, the 2004 E320 was equipped with the automaker's TeleAid emergency communication and assistance program, as well as the Electronic Stability Programming (ESP) anti-skid system.
Other standard features included leather seats with power adjustment in the front, a multi-zone automatic climate control system, dual front and side airbags, power windows, power exterior mirrors, cruise control, and an AM/FM audio system with a cassette player and a CD player.
While some thought the E320 was an expensive car for its class, they noted that its handling, performance, styling, and luxury features made the car worth the price. Some even noted that the E320 was a fuel-efficient vehicle when compared to its competitors. However, some drivers felt interior space in the wagon was less than in its previous version, and others noted that controls for the air conditioning system could be complicated to operate
Looking for detailed specs see Motor Trend . Keep in mind any pricing you see there is based on the USA market and some specs may be slightly different for Canadian versions of this car.
